Went to Penang with Mal n MK.. to meet Pea there.. it was a 3days 2 nights trip which initially supposed to be 4days 3 nights.. anyways, 3 of us took of from LCCT to Penang International Airport at 3.25pm and right after we land, we rent a car and off we go to USM to pick Pea up..
I tell you, the car rental is B.L.O.O.D.Y expensive woi..! hahaha so in the end we rent a P.Saga (A).. Roads in Penang are like small and I tell you the motorist are like the KING of the roads.. damn swt.. with some help from my GPS and also local map, we managed to find USM.. met up with Pang for a while.. it was kinda good cause I havent seen him in bloody ages.. hehehehe after meeting up with him, we left for Sri Sayang SA.. it was raining (super annoying) and the traffic was GRRRRRR... We dine somewhere at Georgetown before checking in to SA in Batu Ferringhi.. Had Pasembur, Fried Kuay Teow, Fried Oysters and [yucky] Assam Laksa.. After that, we checked in at 10pm and then everyone slept until 8am the next morning.. only I didnt sleep well.. oh well.. hehehe
Day Two (2)
Our plan to catch the sunrise at the beach telah dibubarkan because every1 overslept and it was pretty dark outside.. so we bath and headed out for Breakfast and our first stop was the Burmese and Thai temple.. did some donations and also oil lamp.. got blessed too but then the string broke.. bad sign..?! oh well ..
Headed to Him Heang to get tau sa pheah and I tell you.. its freaking PACKED in the shop.. dah lah the shop so kecik and everyone was so sua ku fighting to buy stuffs.. bought 3 box of beh teh saw and 2 small box of tau sa pheah.. and then we left for Khoo Kongsi.. its actually a Hokkien temple with cool design of architecture.. the temple was mesmerizing as the arts and designs were cool =) grab some pictures, explore the temple and off we go to Kek Lok Si..At Kek Lok Si, we lunch at a small coffee shop where the Assam Laksa was AWESOME =) after that we hike our way up to Kek Lok Si.. on the way, stopped by a stall to get some souvenirs and then continue the journey to the Pagoda.. Super tiring but yea.. did some donations and oil lamps again.. we hade to pay for entrance to the pagoda.. at there we climb our way up to the highest floor of the pagoda.. I tell you the stairs were like UBER small and my leg was practically shaking cos I'm afraid of heights and I was VERY tired.. hehehe after some picture taking and enjoying the mesmerizing view from the top of the pagoda, we left for our next destination..The Chocolate Mansion/Boutique.. at there, they sell local chocolates and u can actually try them.. but I didnt like the people working there cos they were like snobbish and damn lan si.. so we left ASAP after we tried some without buying.. hehehe =p the journey back to apartment was a lil raining and we were already tired..Did I mentioned that all 4 of us bought blouse/dress while we were at Kek Lok Si..? the price is quite reasonable after bargaining =D heheheh the aunty was really funny and nice.. and I would like to say, THANK GOD I know how to converse in Hokkien because that really helped.. hehehe at night, 4 of us dress at our best and we were off to Hard Rock Hotel.. the outside looks cool and the inside was noisy cos they had live band.. All 3 restaurants were fully booked so I pop by The Rock Shop to get Vv a Tee and then we left to dine at The Ship.. after dinner we wander around the stall along Batu Ferringhi road and then we left to CLUB/PUB/BAR in town..Open Bacardi Apple at Look Bistro.. chill and and dance until 1++am and then left for 'home'.. some were drunk/high/tired.. 2 dropped dead the moment we reach our accomodation and 2 were quite wide awake but end up sleeping of course..!! (proceed to Day 3)
Day Three (3)
Mal woke us all UP at 10am in the morn.. all of us got ready and we checked out the hotel at 11am.. walk around the beach for a while and then we left to Him Heang (again) to get some stuffs.. sadly it was closed so we walk a few shops down to Ghee Hiang.. they didnt have what we wanted to we left and had lunch at a nearby shops.. Had Dim Sum for lunch and off we left for airport.. we thought we were later.. but luckily we were in time =)
today nothing much as we had an early flight home.. but while in the PLANE, we saw a cute air steward.. hehehe he said his name was John and he is currently staying in Nilai because KL to LCCT takes an hour drive while Nilai to LCCT takes only 20mins.. he studied at Help U for a year and then took a 4 months crash course in PR.. he is currently a trainee and soon he is going take up pilot course.. heheh we chatted for a while but most of the time he is busy doing his thing.. hehehe Mal doubts he's telling us the REAL truth.. hahahaha he could be lying but who cares =p Hmm I saw him wore a ring on his 4th finger.. married?? at first I tot so but he is only 19 freaking years old.. hahaha Mal says he probably wore it for fun and to avoid anything relationship thingy but i added to avoid girls like me from asking his number.. hahahaha =p
oh well.. overall the trip was good although there were un happy situation.. but trips are supposed to be that way.. RIGHT?!?! =) heheheh ( so in denial.. but thats what my friend said.. hehehe )
Anyways, signin off here.. gotta prepare for French class =( bloody lazy to go.. so see ya..!!
