anyways, based on the last entry of my blog, I was undecided to go to Zurich or Geneva.. cos I asked Julie to go Zurich then when I found out that Janet & Tong are going to Geneva, I asked Julie if she wanted to go Geneva instead.. well she would but because she asked others to go, and the other already been in Geneva, therefore they decided to stick to the main plan to go Zurich.. I on the other hand, is kinda stuck between two because a) I need to go Zurich cos I asked Julie to go.. and I haven't exactly explore Zurich as the last time when I went there, I just went to the first few rows of shops to get boots & McD's.. so I want to go there again to explore more =) BUT on the other hand, b) I wanna go Geneva cos Janet & Tong are going to check out the hotels there and it will be useful to me as I can check them out as well & I have not been to Geneva, technically.. well I did land there but I didn't go 'out' of the airport.. So anyways after deep thinking, I decided to go Geneva.. but I still feel VERY BAD cos I ffk Julie..! sorry! anyhow, I did enjoy my day at Geneva today.. woke up at 8am although I set my alarm at 7.45.. hehe I will explain why in the next bullet.. hehehe bath and then 9am, went down to meet Tong, Janet & Jess.. board the train to Geneva Airport at 9.28am.. reach there about 12ishh..? gosh the journey is sooooooooooooooooooooo bloody long and my butt is aching! brought Newsletter Design book to read for the journey & my PSP as well.. in the end I read nothing, listened to music on PSP, played game a while and rehearse some French with Janet & Tong.. we went to Geneva Airport first cos Tong wanted to go see the hotel where she will be going to interview on Monday.. and then we took a train to Geneva.. the first thing we did there was EAT! =p lunch of cos! hehehe starving.. while we were on the way to the Chinese Restaurant, Janet received a call and she have to go for interview on Tuesday.. after that she was worried sick! she wasn't acting her usual self the whole day.. sad =( but anyways, we all ordered the set menu for the day.. starter we all had Steamed Dumplings.. Main course, Tong had rice & beef with vegetables, I had rice & szechuan fish with vegetables(not spicy =[ ), Janet had rice & sweet & sour chicken and Jess had noodles with chicken.. for dessert, they gave lychee in syrup.. not mine taste so I gave mine to Tong.. our lunch cost us 17CHF each.. after lunch, Amanda aka Tai's gf came to find us.. we walk to find Novotel Hotel where Janet will have to go for interview this Tuesday.. 4 effing star wei! hehehe and then she got more worried as she is afraid she can't answer the interviewer in French! after that, we dropped by the Japanese & Asian store.. I bought Star biscuit, Koala biscuit & my Hi-Chew sweet =) cost me 13CHF -.- and then after Amanda & Tong bought their stuffs, we went to the Asian/Vietnamese shop.. there they sell loads of ingredients from Thailand, Vietnam & etc.. I bought a packet of Nissin Satay flavour noodles =) 0.90CHF! cheaper than Montreux by 0.60CHF! hehehe and there got more choice and different brands.. Jess bought Kimchi & a packet of Nissin as well.. Tong & Amanda bought stuffs too.. after that, Amanda had to leave to go to her friend's place for dinner.. so we walk ourselves to find hotels which offer spa so that Tong they all can get their brochure for their Spa project.. there's so many cool & high class (4 & 5 star) hotels along Lake Geneva.. it's damn cool! and the are also awarded the Michelin award! super awesome! working there would be pressuring but a great experience! so blablabla, at 5pm we were actually neither here nor there cos we are waiting for the next train to leave which is at 6.56pm.. Dropped by a shop called American Market.. preety small and narrow shop but LOADS of stuffs!! bought a can of Mountain Dew & Cherry Coke which cost me 5CHF! =s we then ate at a shop selling Thailand/Japanese cuisine.. Janet ordered Noodles with Beef, Jess ordered 'Siew Yoke' rice & I ordered Tom Yum Soup.. 'Siew Yoke' was GOOD =), noodles weren't that bad and my soup wasn't spicy at ALL! it was sour! hahaha oh well.. my soup which was very small cost me 5CHF -.- oh,oh and I bought a cotton pants so that I can wear when I go gym with Julie or when I join Mike & all for badminton on Wed..! oh I could probably wear it to sleep.. hehehe cost me 20CHF.. so overall, today I spent 100CHF!!! -.- luckily it's end of the month! hehe cost of living here is so expensive & high =( oh well.. hehehe ahhh what a tiring day! and I haven't started my F&B research yet =( I have to effing meetings tomorrow! I don't like my group for English.. but no choice.. haih.. oh well.. gotta start doing now! or else later when I need to teach Janet French, I don't have time to do! plus tomorrow, after lunch I have to teach Jess French and I will then have meeting for English and then later at night I have meeting for F&B o.o yeap.. yesterday! hehehe went for grocery shopping with Jess & Janet after BE class.. we decided to take away food for dinner.. Sala Thai! =) I ordered Thai Noodles again cos I love it.. and next time round, I'm going to try the other noodles.. and I also bought a black tea with lemon drink.. hmm yummy! it reminds me of Justea =) hehehe ate with Janet in the kitchen.. so many people yesterday and so noisy! me & Janet planned to do French there but in the end, we did it in my room.. but before that we did send our laundry to wash & dry.. around 10ish, we went to pick up our laundry and yesh that's when Mike called me and asked all of us to go down for Snow War! effing cold I tell you..! and everyone will carry all the new 'arrivals' and roll and throw snow at us.. -.- freaking asswipe cold! somemore inside my bra & panty also got.. wtf?! -.-" anyways yea.. it was quite fun but very cold! Edward didn't join and Mike was kinda pissed off.. hmmm after a while, me, Julie & Jess left.. I came back to my room to continue doing my French and then Janet came to my room.. we did French together.. I was guiding her in terms of pronunciation and rehearsed with her a bit.. she slept at 12ishh.. but I only slept at 2.30am.. gosshhhh!! uber tired =( hehehe so yea.. that's why I woke up at 8! hehehe =p
